Having A Hobby Will Make You Happy

South Korean pop idol Umji from GFriend has tested the latest in South Korean artificial intelligence technology using the NAVER Wave smart-speaker. It can't answer questions in any meaningful way and it won't play music when you ask it to but it can randomly and out-of-the-blue provide useful advice like "Having A Hobby Will Make You Happy".

Google and Amazon are not the only players in town when it comes to smart speakers and home assistants with artificial intelligence. The South Korean internet giant NAVER has their own intelligent personal assistant called Clova with personalities like "Sally" and "Monika". Pop idol Umji from the South Korean girl group GFriend tested the Clova AI using the NAVER Wave smart speaker and found it to be.. well, you'll see if you watch the video above.

The comments log is public and there's no indication that anyone deleted any comments from this article. I'm not sure what you're talking about. Perhaps it's a slightly overly cache configuration on our side that made a comment you wrote on one device not immediately show up on another.
