Jump to navigationJump to searchBTC China, or BTCChina, is the oldest Bitcoin exchange in China (founded in June 2011)[1] as well as being the largest one in the world as of November 2013.[2]
Under new CEO Bobby Lee,[3] BTC China has received $5 million in Series A funding from investors Lightspeed China Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.[1]
On 18 December 2013, BTC China announced that it stopped taking Chinese yuan deposits due to government regulations.[4]
