Firefox 1.02 Released

This is a security release for a potentially bad security problem. There are no known exploits for it, but it is generally a good idea to upgrade anyway.

No known exploits does not guarantee that there are none out there, and the information about it being there does make it simpler for black-hats to use it.

Firefox users should upgrade, updated packages are now available for most Linux distributions (and for Windows).

Those who are interested in the future of the Firefox Browser may want to read a good Interview with Mozilla Foundation Chief Mitchell Baker at Slashdot. A MP3 of the interview is available there.
