Creative Commons holds benefit concert in New York City September 21st
Proceeds from the concert by David Byrne (with Tosca Strings) and Gilberto Gil will be used to support the non-profit efforts done by Creative Commons
Orchestra tickets are still available from Ticketmaster at $75.00.
Creative Commons is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating public goods in the form of work done under their various "Some Rights Reserved" licenses. Their licenses allow you legally copyright and own your work while still allowing other to use it and benefit from it under the generally loose terms of the license of your choice.
